Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary to prove damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting. If you find some defects in your products, you may return them to us; if we send you a different product from your order, you can exchange it.
The unboxing video should show the damaged parts and packing slip outside the package. If you find your item damaged within 30 days after you received the item), you should have two videos: an unboxing video and a damaged product video. We're sorry, but we can't accept an exchange if you don't have the video or the video you have is edited/paused.  4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Swimwear and Yoga Clothes: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns swimwear as well as yoga clothes.
- Accessories: Jewelry, sunglasses, and homewares, are also non-returnable.
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns for items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events. All sale items are considered final.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- The item(s) must be unused and unworn.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item(s) must not have any noticeable smell of perfume or other fragrances.
 Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipping process.
 How to Initiate a Return:
Email us the unboxing video and pictures of the products with your Order ID number to [email protected] with the subject: "EXCHANGE IT PLEASE," no more than 30 days from the receipt date. Then, please send us the product you want to exchange to the email address you will receive.
Again, used products cannot be returned or exchanged. The following policies do not apply to sale items: All Sale items are final purchases and cannot be returned or exchanged. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our Customer Support Team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete the return process.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue store credits to your account. You can use these store credits for future purchases on our website.
